CELTIC (Celtic Twills)
A simple weave largely used in the woollen trade but also in the cotton and silk sections. It is a twilled hopsack as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The fabrics known as Celtic are made in weaves similar to these and from worsted or woollen yarns. Also the fabrics known as "Celtics " are made with the same weave
